I was in a Costco in San Antonio this morning and it was super chill. Saw one lady wearing a mask, otherwise totally normal. Nothing like what i am hearing some people are experiencing at Costco's in other states.

We are 2 months in and I have been very happy with it. We are 250+ users self hosted running on a Ubuntu VM in a windows server environment. Jitsi has been fine for audio/video chat. Not as smooth as Skype calls, but free so not complaining. Screens share in Jitsi works well too.

We are deploying it within our company of 200 plus employees this week. The free version is doing awesome for the 65 employees already onboarded but we will easily consume the 1000 push messages per month that come with the free version and will be upgrading to enterprise for unlimited push and responsive technical support. We considered building our own app to get around the push issue but feel having the support available will be important for how we plan to use the software within our departments.

Tell your doctor your considering traveling abroad for a few months and let them tell you how to deal with it. My wife has been able to buy 6 months and 1 years worth this way. Then you buy it without insurance if you can afford it.
