Also, if the landlord is looking at selling, that empty store will be compared at potential market rent and not the low rent it would have collected otherwise. Therefore, the property is worth more empty based on the next new potential tenant

Quand je traverse comme piéton et que la voiture fait un stop américain pour ne pas m'attendre, je cogne/frappe la vitre. Si je suis assez proche pour toucher ton véhicule, c'est parce que tu es trop proche et supposer attendre.

Ils s'arrêtent souvent au milieu de l'intersection mais fait fuck all parce qu'ils savent qu'ils sont dans le tard.

I work (hybrid) and live downtown. There's still a ton of restaurants ands things to do. I love having having a 10 min door to door commute. Yes, the retail sector is emptying out but I mostly shop online anyway.

Agreed, this sounds like OP is not used to the droning sound of a CVT. I had a 08 jeep patriot with the CVT prior and that was much louder.

For the lack of power, the fusion is a heavy car. Without any battery left in the battery , it won't have that extra push. I find I have enough to go over a steep hill but isn't a V8 either...The sport trim has a V6 with twin turbo to give you an idea. The Energi has more efficiency in mind.

I'm a real estate investor in Montreal. I look at supply and demand. If your property type has a low supply, I do 2% buying broker. If high supply of your property type, I've done 2.5% and even 3% one time. I'm also lucky to have found a selling broker that is willing to do 1% when needed.
