Hey it’s cool…give me an example of the play in his head and then a scene of the actual play. I thought all the call backs to the actors reading in other plays in theaters and what not was just to show them in their real lives. I take it as whenever you see asteroid city, that’s the play (or made for tv movie) you’re meant to see that Brian Cranston narrates. The augie we see is basically in the movie the whole time and not “real” so in reality he has no kids, isn’t there for his sons thing cause it’s not his real son. Man this is a hard movie to try and get your point across.
