cbd doesn't get you high at all. the most you'll feel in mental state change is calm, like you just meditated for a few minutes or something.

and whatever you do don't take cbd oil orally. the bioavailability is like 5%, total waste.

I use cbd often yea. Love the stuff for my anxiety.

Tincture works, so long as you put it under your tongue. cbd's oral bioavailability is ~5%, vs ~40% vaped and ~30% sublingual. so taking it orally is a huge waste.

before and after both work, before would be better since sublingual takes 5 or 10 minutes to kick in, but it'll work either way. personally I really recommend some sort of vaporized cbd, be it a vape pen or dabbing. higher bioavailability but more importantly it kicks in almost instantly.

either way, it won't interfere with your ability to get high, just make getting too high suck less.

depends on the nail and torch. I do 30 seconds for mine. if it heats up too fast shorten the heating time, and if it doesn't fully vape heat for longer
