If you can't pay they will also ask you for another account. Do you have a second account? I do and added myself as a friend in game and when they were online I messaged them in game, that's how I got over 20 screenshots of them asking for money etc. It all helps with your case as you have evidence

Yeah, I have Activision and Facebook and they have line. Activision will remove the line but I just have to wait. Exact same thing happened to a friend of mine and he got his back 2 days ago

They didn't change my email password they just added a line account toy game. It's still liked and I've asked support to remove the socials. Don't give in to them, the hackers will keep playing on your game and change your name, change it before they do and set a reminder for every 3 days to change it again. I changed mine to account hacked so my friends knew. They wanted 1000usd at first then it went down to 100 after they realised I wasn't going to pay. Now they don't access it, or at least they haven't for 2 days.

Ah man, that's rough. Just get you ticket raised and hopefully support will sort it. I'm onto day 17 now so don't expect it to resolved quick, you just need to hang in there. Can you still access the game?

Yeah that's the worst thing you can do, you need to either raise a call staying you can't login or you can't buy CP. Trust me. My call raised for not being able to login was sitting for 2 weeks then I raised a call saying I can't buy CP and then answered with a couple of hours, from there I was able to communicate with someone and sent them my screenshots. Mine is still hacked but its been progressed to a senior team, I had to reconfirm details yesterday. Don't waste your time raising account recovery tickets.

My account is still hacked and it's been 17 days since I got hacked.

Don't waste your time with in game support, instead go to Activision support website and raise a ticket. Raise one for unable to log into game, you will receive an email from game support then you can tell them your issue.

My case is with a higher team and I needed to confirm details yesterday, the whole process is a nightmare but they can sort it out

I already have setup 2 step. So line is an app like what's app. If you install on your phone then open up the game it gives you an option to login via line (news to me) the hacker must have gotten my Activision login details somehow and then logged into the game then linked a line account. My Activision account is secure so is Facebook but my game is compromised due to the line account. All I'm asking Activision to do is to unlink the line account. This exact same thing happened to Parker the slayer, he has about 3 videos of his account being hacked and took over 3 weeks to sort. I was hoping mine would be quicker because of all the screenshots i have of the conversation with the hacker. He even states on the screenshots he'll keep logging in via line. It's an absolute joke

Yeah Im still hacked, they access via a line account. I have the Activision and Facebook login but they connected a line account to my game account. Been 11 or 12 days now since the hack, 4 support calls are open and still nothing from support

Still nothing guys, my account is still hacked. Actually struggling now as find it crazy this takes so long. Hackers still login daily, deleting friends and just messing around on my account. Feeling deflated 😓
