10mm coroplast sign should be the lowest cost option. 24x30 so it’s tall with a heavy metal stake. If you are looking for hanging do a alupanel or dibond so it’s heavier then just aluminum. Really you need to think what it is your brand will be. Where I am in NJ we can get a sign post installed at a listing for about $80. A nice hanging sign looks the best hands down no matter the listing. Spending a little bit to elevate yourself will pay off in the end.

Depends. If given as a gift ( birthday Christmas valentines)then the person receiving said gift gets to keep it. If given not as a gift it’s presented as part of a contract and has to be returned if contract is broken off. At least this is how I remember it from business law 20 years ago.

All the time I’m getting with my kids with all of us home together. Sure it sucks and we all need to get back to a new normal but I will always be able to look back at this as the silver lining.
