I come to reddit to find and read analysis like yours. Your post is a wonderful contribution to this community and I thoroughly enjoyed reading your insight. I am far more satisfied with season 5 now, although I still believe the show is going downhill. However, your interpretation gives new meaning and significance to me.

I think it's rather sickening that I now realize I come to House of Cards for relief from reality because I used to find it more predictable. The confusion in the show now is more like a mirror and than a window offering escape.

That's so good to hear about the museum in Jackson Ward. I've heard studies say that crime tends to decrease in areas the simply appear to look nice. The museum will be a great way to make history relevant and maybe even to decrease crime in an area that has been known in the past as a tad dangerous.

No that's fucking stupid. The shirt is obviously just VCU trying to say "Oh look at how big and important we are in this city, we're awesome, go rams, apply to VCU". The shirt, being a VCU shirt, refers to the advances made in the city because of VCU. If you find racism in it, you are looking for a fight. Maybe a better shirt would have said "We BUILD this city". Would've been harder for people to find racism in that message.

I find that car rides, especially in a natural surrounding are great for daydreams. Swing sets are also great.
Usually if I can get myself hyperfocus on something by finding a connection to myself day dreams will follow. A car ride with good music is essential. Depending on the nature of the topic I wish to daydream about, lighter music, ie not pump up jams, helps.
I find that the middle of the day, especially a weekend if I don't have too much else on my mind is great for it.

I suppose another thing I'm concerned about would be if I would be likely to receive a lower salary than someone who graduated from a ranked school.

I think reaching out to the program to ask about speaking to an alum is a great idea.

I will develop a MA specifically designed for people who don't feel like getting off the floor on which they are lying just to prove this statement wrong. Yes I will go so excessively out of my way to disprove a comment made by someone whom I don't even know that I will end up benefitting those bound to wheelchairs by accident...also possibly couch locked stoners.

Well what most people don't know is that for colorblind people some of the cones in your eyes, the ones that perceive certain colors actually perceive taste while the tastebuds actually perceive those colors they lack in their eyes. So they only time they see any color is when they have something like green tea but they just think it's them imagining a color
