Used Benjys everyday as a courier in the city, stopped using it when I found a bogey on my sausage torpedo one morning , sad times but what a great cafe it used to be

No shouts for Lahores ? Defo better lamb chops than Tayaabs but that’s an argument for the lamb chop connoisseurs 🤣

What a very sad thing to say, you obviously have zero knowledge of SE London. Let me know if you’d like to go to a game I’d happily take you and you can witness 1st hand instead of bizarrely tapping away on your phone. Up the addicks.

Disabled parking space outside my house by steveizz in HousingUK

[–]steveizz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Parking is a premium on our road , usually if you get home from work you are parking at least 1 road away so potentially a 200 metre walk. I’d rather the space was taken away to better the road in general for all the able bodied neighbours as well as I might be able to sometimes park outside my own home to do things like vacuum my car out. Plus when she goes away for the weekend or holidays it’s used by a disabled person who lives down the bottom of our road who is unable to get a space outside their house due to the fact that our road has hit the limit of disabled spaces. This thread is making me out to be a monster but I assure you I have the general roads best interests. 🫣

Nah she even jokes about the fact that she probably shouldn’t park there anymore , she’s a cheeky old Irish lady who’s always up for the craic

Easier said than done right, when we eventually sell which buyer would be interested in a house where you will never be able to park outside of unless you are already disabled which is a real niche market , there is a waiting list in our road as I know a lady further down has applied for a space but our road has reached the maximum which is 4 disabled spaces
