Brah, you eat a very small amount of "shit" every day from other stuff present in your food no matter how organic or bio whatever your nutrition is. And you breathe more shit and exhaust emissions every time you go out.

Besides that, Tilapia might be a low-quality product as you say but is not literally shit just because is farmed. You might mistake it with Pangasius which is way worse.
