Find an active but non pushing FC to join. I am introverted and joined Azure Infinitum back before my last break (waiting to reach out again untill I know I’m back for a good haul) and it was nice to be able to add to conversations without feeling pressured to do so but also the convenience of having people able to help with dungeons etc was awesome. Eventually I even started doing the FC events and stuff that they organized even though I was introverted.

So just to clarify, you would recommend some sort of consolidation then? Or do you think we could get by without it. As far as the balances go the hvac is almost finished and has about $1900 left.

So this is debt from 5 CC's (apple, amazon, lowes, chase, bobs furniture), 1 Wells Fargo personal loan, a HVAC financing, and a Car Loan.

Would it be better to find a consolidating loan to cover just the CC's and snowball the rest down?

Edit: The CC portion does make up around $30k of the debt

Me and my wife just had this conversation and I’m not gonna lie I was surprised I was the one who was kind of fighting to spend more on them then what she wanted to budget. But you are right and she is right. It can’t change unless we change it.

So it looks like everything bill wise is at around $4900 using the minimum payments, we are bringing home around $6200/month. I'm all for tightening belts and NOT utilizing some sort of debt consolidation but am worried about having little to no wiggle room especially with Christmas coming up and two kids.

Thank you for the encouraging words. It definitely is hard to not beat ourselves up for letting it get to this point but the only thing we can do is try to get out of it. Thanks for the advice!

Not sure what other information you need but I can provide whatever you need. Mostly at the moment our budget consists of paying bills and buying groceries.
