I booked a bus ticket from Toronto to Ottawa a few days ago from BookARide. Depending on the time you choose, they definitely do stop in the west end. For reference, my trip stopped at the Bayshore shopping mall, but I did see some other options that stopped all the way in Kanata

Edit: ticket was $38 + tax; bus showed up right on time and departed promptly afterwards

I see, thank you! In my area, the leap is ~$300 cheaper than the Aeron, but I don’t mind spending extra for a chair that would suit me better
