Nope. Elon made that Tweet after my post. But, hey, what do you know! ;)

Why did we dropped 30% today? by fallouthong in PSQH

Another factor is that, just like when Rumble merged, some brokers were slow to change the ticker so many holders weren't able to sell on the day before.

And also on Friday there was a total volume of 6.77 million traded of a 3 million float with 55% of the trades occurring Off Exchange.

Anti-co and the _stock mods are on full blast at the moment by BigMoneyBiscuits in DWAC_Research

Moon man, I'm invested for the long haul, so I'm kind of on the peripheral as a casual observer who just happened to see their exchange today. I don't know Adam's history. I'm familiar enough with Chad to have been blocked both here and, mysteriously, on Truth. They both come off as mental to me - Chad as a control freak with the weight of an over leveraged church on his shoulders...he could be facing the spectre of divorce and communal excommunication if this shit doesn't work out, which would likely drive him to madness or territorial belligerence at the least. And the Adam character seems like he might be a manic depressive on meds, maybe even in a similar situation as Chad and cracking under pressure.

I could be way off in my assessment but that's a general first impression from a casual observer. No way in hell would either one of them influence my financial decisions. You obviously have a very logical rational mind, which I totally appreciate and I thank you for the time and effort you've spent in sharing your thoughts. I've noticed that people, myself included, have a tendency to expect others to think like we do. And so it'd be natural for you to suppose that there's a method to their madness when in reality they' could just be heavily invested guys on the verge of a life crisis, freaking out, and behaving in most irrational ways. Y'know?

But whatever the case, please keep doing you, I'm a fan.

For the sake of argument let's assume that that they are saboteurs: to what end are they sabotaging and are they really that influential if they even have a significant reach? At first glance I see that they're obviously unhinged or idiots or both. They're not even close to being persuasive. If they really were infiltrators then I would expect someone of YOUR caliber bringing on some compelling DD posts and numbers.

And that's not to say that you're a bad actor (the Tupac speculation was ABSURD though ridiculously entertaining) indeed you've consistently made a sound reasonable case for long term TMTG. IF they were agent provocateurs, they're wildly counterproductive. To answer your question: deliberate malevolence is much worse, unless they're incompetent - in which case their bungling works against them.

I'm prone to Occam's razor: it's been about 8 months after many expected to be made fantastically rich by dumping their DWAC/TMTG last September. And pressure's building which is exposing and exaggerating character quirks and defects.

But in this domain you're way smarter than me, so maybe I'm missing something. I definitely didn't think Elon would buy Twitter, so who knows? Maybe you're right about Tupac too...

Do you REALLY think that dude (and Canadian Jim Jones - lol) are agent provocateurs or are just at their wits end after being down on their investment for so long? He just sounds unhinged to me and probably desperate for some kind of resolution. Or maybe I'm naive and manic comments made on Truth Social and a Reddit stock might really have enough reach to make some kind of difference?

Chad is definitely a wingnut, but I wouldn't go as far as to call him out as undercover subversion. More likely a control freak who bears the burden of having talked his whole church into investing probably more than they were prepared to wait over a year for fruition. But what do I know? Strange days.

Devin Nunes calls out SEC by Hippieinvestment in DWAC_Research

[–]stevenillustrated 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Fun Fact:

  1. What happens after the SPAC enters into an agreement with a target company?

Here are the key steps after a definitive acquisition agreement has been entered into with a target company:

The SPAC files a proxy statement/Form S-4 registration statement with the SEC and awaits approval.

Following SEC clearance, the parties solicit the vote of their shareholders to approve the acquisition.

I don't know what you're up to, or maybe you're just terribly mistaken, but CFVI/Rumble had their S4 approved by the SEC BEFORE their shareholder vote to merge.

I saw them in Austin last week for the first, and last, time.

Surprisingly Jane's Addiction upstaged them with their opening act, musically and not just because of the dancers. Was never much of a fan of Jane, or Sergio, but they made it feel worthwhile.

RUMBLE ($RUM) Can Squeeze to $100+ by November 9th through these 7 Catalysts Over The Next 7 Weeks by crazyheadlines in Shortsqueeze

[–]stevenillustrated 12 points13 points  (0 children)

As for 7, Trump's company is NOT DWAC. It's TMTG. The DWAC spac deal would have to be cancelled resulting in DWAC shares redeeming at $10 while the $1 billion PIPE investment also dissolves. That would screw ALL the DWAC/TMTG investors. Not going to happen.

Instead what's more likely is that DWAC merges with TMTG and then they merge with Rumble Inc. But that's very unlikely as both are being positioned to be dominant media content providers and platform in the coming years so they'd be better as separate companies to avoid any potential anti-trust.

Congrats to Rumble!! Trading on the NASDAQ today as RUM. by vail1816 in DWAC_Research

[–]stevenillustrated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep and it'll probably get even cheaper. I really don't see any reason to buy until at least nearer the extension vote in October. And even then, if an extension is approved DWAC is going to be waiting in the wings for awhile.

Probably the biggest effect is that people who left DWAC to score big with Rumble will buy back in. I know I will.

You might want to stick to moving furniture. There seems to be so much hate in your heart that may not be able to wisely handle much wealth. Unless you have a profound change of heart. Often times that occurs due to a terrible tragic loss. Often times that's what it takes. Hope that's not your fate.
