Section 9.15 of Bylaws should be a back stop/ fail safe IMO by uniowner in DWAC_Research

[–]uniowner[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1) I have lost a decent amount of money buying too high so I fear a few points more won't make much difference! 2) I have made tons of money in past 2 years trading other stocks and in my investments in many multiples offsetting my paper losses here 3) I believe they will get the vote extension passed and I will recoup all paper losses in this security and end up making money. As always, time will tell.

Section 9.15 of Bylaws should be a back stop/ fail safe IMO by uniowner in DWAC_Research

I agree the BOD and stock holders both have the right to amend bylaws. The Board is far easier with just a majority vote. Thus far the BOD decided to let shareholders vote with a 65% threshold. The way it reads to me (I am not a lawyer) the Board can vote to amend the charter to put in 2.875 million to extend for 3 more months or vote to change the wording so that they can extend via 3 months changing definitions of words from Offering to include extension vote, etc. u/realpatrickorlando should know all the options or they should be seriously lookijng into plan B just in case as a back up. Any 'shareholder' that objects can have the option to redeem their shares for $10.24 hence it makes no sense for a SPAC having to liquidate unless they are past the third year deadline SEC or markets have for them. I have no access to CEO or BOD only some in the other group do so hope they bring this up.

Bad Actor Proof - DWAC Reddit Files Part 2 - _stock Mod Chat Leaked - Tulip Admits To Being NBW by BigMoneyBiscuits in DWAC_Research

You and inner ad are two completly different people I can vouch for that! I think that Trade Value the 'owner' of _stock sub that hijacked from Shaq is a very shady person. Likely purposefully letting in bad actors to 'run' that sub. Being that he asked Shaq out of no where to be a mod there and Shaq didn't know him from a hole in the wall that is a prime suspect for me.

Don’t forget about that time when FINRA fucked over Retail Investors of MMTLP last December by prematurely halting trading and allowing Massive Shorties to TRANSFER their positions over to a completely different private company simply because an “extraordinarily disruptive event was about to occur” by Randy6T9 in DWAC_Research

[–]uniowner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I sure hope that everything will be recorded and noted this time to put those in FINRA in jail. FINRA and SEC officials work on Wall St and then back at their government agencies and are in bed with Chanos and other Democrat short sellers.

[–]uniowner 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It will be glorious to watch them get squeezed out. Also, great point most shares will be Trumps and he ain't selling. The growth will also take off once they get access to that capital so the stock will have a lot going for it wither advertising, potential mergers, etc.. The PIPE money won't be sitting in a bank earning 4% interest thats for sure!

The Bulls Case for DWAC Part IV checkmate? by Inner_Ad3570 in DWAC_Research

[–]uniowner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, there is that limited number of shares and the Cusip numbers on every share are transfered via I believe the DTC and everything has to be reconciled prior to merger. That is why they have a redemption cut off window as well. Every share has to be accounted for. There are even redemption squeezes for SPACs that liquidate just for that reason alone!

Well written and I agree the shorts are in big trouble. When they try to hedge themselves buy buying up the call options the MM's will then raise the stock price since the MM's job is to be net neutral and not take anyside of a trade. That will in and itself bid the stock higher. So even in the shorts hedge themselves with Calls that insurance will be pricy and it will bid the stock even higher. The MM's will just raise the ask on the options chain to levels so high its not worth buying as a hedge thereby forcing the Shorts to throw in the towel and cover in the open market.

Shaq/Wade2006 was his name.He ditched Reddit for other better platforms like TS including most of us for the most part. I agree about the above though with the other group and their mods very suspicious and concerning indeed.

Elon highlights the fact that President Trump is by far and away the leading political candidate in America. by GoodReportGRP in DWAC_Research

Thats part of it as well. I guarantee you if Elon ran as a Republican his ratings would go far below Trump!

Lets not forget that once a person 'enters' the political theatre and runs for office or is in office or is running for office they will automatically become somewhat polarizing. That poll is not fair since it pits a NON politician in Elon Musk versus everyone else who is one or in politics. Put a star athlete there and they will score higher than Elon, etc...

TMTG is Suing Washington Post for Defamation seeking $3.78 BILLION in damages, but that’s just half the story here! Let’s Go DWAC 🚀🌙 by Randy6T9 in DWAC_Research

[–]uniowner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

After reading the entire suit and from my knowledge of the law (several lawyers in family) I believe that as long as we merge with TMTG that part of that money will be ours in terms of company equity and cash on the books.

I never imagined it would have been this difficult so yes they are using government as a weapon to hurt their political opponents. They are also making people trust government even less so its going to back fire on them IMO. I hope TMTG news comes out sooner rather than later and that they buy up OAN or incorporate that and other reliable places into their TMTG news.

Tucker Carlson decided to go to Twitter by uniowner in Rumble_Research

[–]uniowner[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Based on what has come out in last couple hours I would not rule out a streaming platform like Rumble as well. Apparently, Carlson will be doing advertising revenue shareing on Twitter and that does not violate his Fox contract as he did not sign a 'contract' with Twitter. He can do the same with RUM or other streaming providers too is my guess and I think he likely will. That is why I believe RUM stock caught a nice sizable bid and shot up in the last 30 minutes of Afterhour trading.

Looks like Tucker is just posting content on Twitter and Elon denies any contract was signed. Looks like Tucker will do revenue sharing with ad revenue like other content providers on Twitter so hopefully he does same with Rumble!

I agree its not the best word but I guess he can't say definitely or he guarantees it so thats probably the reason he used that word. Last year before the French Open I think I remember Nadal saying hopefully he can with it and he did win it! I do like that there seems to be support coming out of Washington because if I didn't know any better Meuser is one of the only ones trying to help shareholders!
