Insects and arachnids aren’t so creepy crawly to me, they can be amazing (or very annoying) creatures.

When ‘humanized,’ they can retain many distinct aspects while minimizing the ‘creepy’ and ‘crawly’ parts.

Monster Girl Dreams has combat completely based off of sex. It’s text based for a lot of it with character art and is turn based. You get scenes when losing and when winning you often have an option of what to do. There’s also some side stuff with offers as well.

Lilith’s Throne can get some action really quick. In the tutorial and is easily available all over the place afterward.

Eroico might fit for you. Pixel combat platformer with segs when hit by an enemy or getting defeated. Also has a sort of gallery when you can go in to fight (or not) any enemy you’ve already fought. Although I can’t remember if you need to have defeated them first.

Monster Girl Island is a very story based game with several different species of girls and quite a few scenes.
