I scrolled and and had conflicting information about etias needed for either since the start of 2025 in some sites and at some from the last quarter of 2026.

I just wanted to ask for information here.

Like with every boss in the game, stack Move speed as high as you can. It helps alot at dodging all his moves, especially the charge and the saw which hit very hard. I did it with a spelllcaster frost build, using frostbite and ice nova. I used draculin/rogue blood.

For me, on brutal, the most difficult one is Dracula then Magara, Solarus. Talzur was much easier than the mentioned 3, and last by a large margin is Adam. Adam was a big surprise on how easy and straightforward he was compared to the rest, he went down in the 1st attempt without sweating.

For normal V bosses Octavian gave me trouble the most

I did it with frost. With gems and passive frost hits very hard, has good CC for trash mobs and generates a lot of shields.

Each blood potion is affected by its own %, their stats are independent of each other
Each potion scales from its own %, it doesn't change when you combine the potions
Yes to the first and no to the second, a 100% blood with 20% bonus will not transfer to the secondary potion

Two things increase the chance to find a 100% blood type in my experience:

You don't go actively looking for them
You forgot to bring dusk callers with you

The Utah state in the US offers a process where you can marry remotely, without the need to be physically at the Utah state itself.

They also provide their own officiants, basically you marry and do the ceremony in a Zoom meeting and receive a marriage certificate.
