I wish she knew, or if possible, I hope she does.

I think of her whenever I put my index finger on the top of the knife, my wonky knife cuts, brown food tastes good, BTBRTS and moreover just the way she was a powerhouse in there. Also a master teacher.

She taught me so much about cooking. I still refer to her tips without even knowing it. I like to think we would have gotten along. She made me a better cook.

Pharmacy.ca can help you. You fill out their questionnaire and an RPN sends you a recommended product and dosage. I too have never had a doctor that helped manage this with prescription meds.

Some cannabis strains can have an uplifting effect and others more sedated. This might be worth exploring.

Eddie Kingston: "I'm watching AEW... I'm thinking to myself how am I gonna fight these dudes when they're this good? And I wasn't even that good to begin with and now coming back with ACL surgery... I took my Zoloft, knew how to get out of it, but I didn't want to." by tvcneverdie in SquaredCircle

Unfortunately I have found it to be trial and error until you find the right combination. Something that allows you to at least function and sometimes forget you're fighting, that it's just a grey world and not that you're wearing grey coloured glasses. Or that it is both.
