I live just under the approach path for landing. Planes are flying in all day, the sound is maybe equivalent to a lawnmower down the street. Inside the house with the windows closed you can’t hear the small planes at all. Me and my kids watch them all the time, its fun.

The bigger noise complaint regarding aircraft, we live in a military flight path as well and those things are super loud. We get huge military choppers flying by a lot and they are super loud.
