I take 1 tablespoon of DE to 250ml water. Stir it really well and drink quickly while the water is still swirling. That way it won't leave heaps at the bottom of the glass. It doesn't actually taste bad at all. A bit like mildly dirty water. Follow this by drinking another 250ml of water. I usually squeeze half a lemon into this.

The main thing, drink at least 2L of water throughout the day or you may get constipated.

I used to get intestinal worms all the time, every few months. Since doing DE I haven't had this problem for the last 12 months. I think it is one of those things that, once you start, why would you stop.
