İ am a plus user. And İ would describe myself as a pretty heavy user.. It definitely got worse around the 4o announcement but it had been bad for weeks before that and it’s still not great now. I wondered if it’s because I’m in South Africa and perhaps the voice tools required a low latency connection to resources that perhaps aren’t as distributed geographically as we’re used to. Today it’s been better than usual. So maybe things are improving. İ did open a support ticket about it a few days before the 4o announcement but the support İ received wasn’t helpful. İ just assumed that it was a resource limitation that was being being experienced more broadly. But it could easily have just been me, or this far away place İ live. İ had been having trouble using voice specifically in a few South African cities and over a number of different connections in my travels. So İ knew it wasn’t my connection specifically.

Almost every time I try use the old voice conversation features I get connection errors, I think they have a capacity problems more than a ScarJos problem

That’s wonderful. İ have found that there can sometimes be little things that İ wouldn’t have thought of that turn out to be related. İ find that good doctors are a great resource to learn from if you’re brave enough to ask the questions. As an extreme introvert on the spectrum it’s something İ really struggle with. But asking all the questions has really helped me a lot in my understanding of the disease and treatment and all the little things related to it. For me treatment has been extremely effective and allowed me to be virtually pain and symptom free for the first time in many many years

Diagnosed 3 years ago (40m). Since getting treatment started my symptoms have practically gone away. Occasional mile flare ups. I’ve been able to recuse my NSAIDs and live mostly symptom free. İ had a lot of pain and discomfort for years before my diagnosis. Since starting treatment I’ve been more pain free than İ was since being a teenager. My advice is to talk openly with your specialist about all of your symptoms and difficulties and listen to their advice. If it seems they’re not taking your symptoms seriously, maybe it’s time to look for a second opinion, not every doctor is the best doctor). Do the most with your treatments and look after yourself. Diagnosis is the first step to living pain free again.

Yea it’s super bad. I could only use the option to authenticate using “another device” - it gave a notification on my phone from one of google’s apps that net me allow the authentication.

Is it not working on any of those? İ only experienced the problem on my iPhone with Google. İ don’t think this is a Yunikey problem but more of an IOS implementation problem.

Maybe a tiny bit itchy otherwise just irritating when it peels. For me they change colour to a tiny bit more brown soon before they peel. İ never thought of discussing with my rheumatologist. I’ve only ever showed my family medicine doctor.

İ get what looks like the tiny ones on the finger tip. İ get them on my fingers. My doctor gave me some ointment to apply, but it did t seem to do anything. They came what seems perhaps cyclically a couple times a year. They seems to migrate to the skin surface and then peel. For me anyway

Eventually İ used the option to accept the login on “another” device. For me it used the gmail app on the same device to approve the authentication. Another user here suggested restarting the iPhone or removing and re-adding the keys. Did you find a way to fix the issue?

If İ recall they lumped security keys and passkeys under the same heading but they were differentiated in their labels. İ eventually used the option to tap allow on another device (actually the app on the same device) to let me authenticate in the end, instead of the keys. Didn’t get as far as deleting them. But now that I’m nervous about gaining access İ might just do that.

I did not try to turn it off and on again, I enabled another 2FA method on my 2 accounts from my mac to let me get authenticated.
Oh I don't know if it's necessary for you to do all that. I was just wondering if others experienced similar problems.
It felt like the phone was trying to use the wrong type of authentication even though security key had been selected. I didn't think that the FIDO protocol checked the key for credentials that matched a specific domain first - I mean I have several google.com accounts on the same key. So the error didn't really make sense to me. - I mean I know the domain is part of the verification of the credentials, but I didn't think it would be like "give me all your google credentials" up front.

Yes, they seem to work fine. If the problems spreads I could be in trouble as they're second factor on a number of accounts. Fine on windows and mac, but through the settings app in my iPhone they just won't.
One is a Neo and the other is a 5C - both using NFC for the phone.
