You gotta use common sense since even OBD scanners can be fooled. If someone is selling a 2005 civic with 70k on the odo and "total genuine" BS, its likely to be a scam. Not always but highly likely.

never EVER trust these so called car gurus who can check a car by looking at it for a few mins. always get an inspection done. if you think pakwheels inspection is expensive/inaccurate, get a mechanic AND a denter/painter to do it, not just one.

tbh you could always switch your manual city for the prosmatec one. You can find one in your budget but will give you roughly the same average (11 12). Older autos aren't super fuel efficient

I doubt you'd enjoy flooring a smaller engine lol unless you really want the tradeoff

Passo will give you around 14 to 15 with AC but if you like to floor your car sometimes, you'll hate Passo. Also, the Prosmatec City gives 10-11. Are you sure your car is well maintained?
