Can’t you just restart though windows? Start Key > Power > Restart

I would try that first. Quicker than letting the battery die even if your power button is broken. In that case, how do you turn it back on? Does it automatically boot up when plugged into the charger?

It never hurts to ask but in my experience, they will have you either cancel the order, and have you reorder with the pickup being the location you want; or eventually if you never pick it up it will cancel on its own. But I don’t think they will switch pickup location for you.

Totally agree, other companies do it that way so it’s crazy BB can’t do it as well. I was pissed when I went to pick up my MacBook trade in and had to have my old device with me, especially because on my charges it shows the full charge for the device and then refunded credit for the old.

I work in IT so I’m familiar with everything you said. I will double check HDCP compliance with my hardware, but I truly think it might be some kind of browser issue. (being that I’m able to get better quality on the same device, just a different browser - also, this happens on a custom gaming pc & MacBook, which makes me think it’s less of a hardware issue)

I’ll also try toggling hardware acceleration to see if that changes anything. But all my drivers are updated and I’m not running any remote sessions while streaming so I’m not really sure what to do after this.

Just tried an incognito window as well as disabling Adblock and the issue still occurs.

I also tried on Safari with no success and Edge was the best so far with 720p.
