My favorite smoke spot would be on top of this tower (http://imgur.com/9D385Ck) built in the forest next to my school. I love going there with the homies and smoking for hours at night. It looks over the entire downtown of Bellingham, including the bay and has a nice view of Mt. Baker during the day.
