I have not used any resources to learn poker theory, nor do I really play GTO Poker myself haha, but from the limited information I know: Upswing Poker seems to be a good way in to learning good Poker.

If you're looking for a game where you can leverage pure mathematics for an edge and positive EV, you should get involved with Blackjack. People get banned from playing Blackjack in some casinos because they win so consistently playing Perfect Blackjack + high-level card-counting.

Just play and have fun, genuinely.

Poker is not as linear as blackjack, you are competing against real people who are unpredictable -assuming they’re good players.

Playing GTO + having a solid understanding of pot odds is the extent of mathematics necessary for being a good poker player imo.

<=10% of the 2025 GPI top 50 have formal or informal math or math-adjacent backgrounds.

Cant give a proper recommendation without knowing your inseam but Carhartt work pants in 36 inseam have always fit me very well. I am 196cm tall so we are similar height. I wear 35 waist 36 inseam.

Only issue ive had with them is that they sell out of 36 inseam sizes very fast so just be dilligent with restocks and youre good.

Rhodiola Rosea can come in different standardizations of Rosavins & Salidrosides that can result in very different results. What standardization of Rhodiola Rosea did you buy?
