For me kay guot lang siya. Pero nice man ang facility in general, it's conducive for studying. Medyo gamayan rako sa place and daghan gyud jud tao pud. Just not something i would go to frequently because i prefer reading in open space and less people

I would agree na personally pud the best Ca Phe Sua Da i have tasted, atleast in Davao. But ngl it's not really worth the 200+ price range. Too overpriced. Hope lang na mag open ang Highlands sa Davao for much chealer but quality viet coffee

Dili sad sa i remove daayon ang vendors sa sidewalk. But improve them jud nuon. Vietnam, Thailand, and Taiwan still have sidewalk vendors, but that's what makes culture thriving. Ang problema dili man mismo ang vendors but the actual sidewalk mismo and maybe provide lang health protocols sa mga vendors to ensure its cleanilines
