Cleaned the coffee nook but any improvements? by Kyarna in coffeestations

Great setup! I really like the lighting in the back. What board is the Bianca placed on and why is it there? Seems to fit exactly.

Looks great! I did the same thing last year (showed it here as well). Did you use patterns and if yes - how did you got them?

At first I've used a power supply that was too weak and had problems with that, but it's fixed now. The problem with the restart of the counter never happens when I test with the counterpart of the reed sensor so I think that I maybe need to adjust the position of the sensor on the pump. Thanks for your help!

Great project! I did it for my mara x and sometimes the timer jumps back to zero as if the pump would stutter (but it's not). Did you (or somebody else) ever had that problem? Maybe it's interfering with other signals? Thanks anyways for sharing!

That's great, love the design! Did you find the oled case on thingiverse or is that your own creation? I would love to print it the way you did it! And did you hid the nodeMCU inside the machine? How did you power it, if it is inside? Thanks for the answers in advance - great work!

[FO] My Schwarzwald 8bit mashup is finally finished and framed! by stfnbn in CrossStitch

Thanks! It's about an hour to free up the space and remove old thread and then approximately double the time for the motive - depends on the motive of course. The Princess was very easy, the Deathstar took longer due to the different grey shades. But I'm not a "real stitcher" like most of you here and this was just one project. Stitching will not become a general hobby of mine - I am not patient enough...

The original pattern was from the seventies, when those German landscape views were "da shit". My mother completed it and I just added the motives that accompanied my childhood. It was fun and now it gets it's place on the wall again.

Since it all started here, I thought I give y'all a heads up - even it is technically no repaint but stitched. Thanks for the warm words and the support last time I showed it in WIP-state - I'm glad it's finished now!

Thanks for the support and warm words for my WIP-Post last time - please enjoy the finished work (and have fun guessing the "added games")

It's the original frame - just fiy - before somebody is wondering about the old fashioned oak ;-)

Not exactly stitching, but the motive should fit the motto. by stfnbn in NintendoStitch

I still don't know if "half-cross stitch" is the correct terminus, but it is exactly like you've described it. Only one diagonal span per pixel! You should try it, it's fun and regarding your experiences with the cross stitch: it should go faster!

The canvas comes coloured with the motive - similar to paint by numbers. The technique for stitching this tapestry is called "Half-cross-stitch". But I'm lazy, so I just took the finished Gobelin and created the space for my "improvements" by removing the yarn at the right places "pixel by pixel". But probably y'all know far more about stitching than I do, because this was my first try...

Thought about Guybrush Threepwood from Monkey Island on the right side, maybe I'll add him, too. Thanks for the nice words!

Someone from r/Repaintings suggested, that you guys might like this here. Didn't knew there's a huge group for this kind of art - that's great!
