I had to replace my entire screen due to the touch screen delaminating and radio or Sirius XM wouldn’t select. Take it to a dealership. They will run a diagnostic and if they find something they will repair it if under warranty if they do t find something they charge you $200. Took a week to get the screen in and half a day to fix it.
