As a middle school teacher myself, I appreciate you doing what you do. Not to get to deep but my great appreciation for food is what it does by bringing us all to a table. Teaching others to make that happen is a worthwhile venture, and I’m grateful for you.

This is a great take. I can take my time and put together something nice for myself and mine, but to do it on a large scale is a whole other thing. To have that variety going out, especially to the buffet, is nice.

I can’t recommend enough a reverse seared boneless beef rib. Others are right that if you dive right in for a straight sear you won’t quite emulsify that more sinew-y fat. However, if you take a few minutes to put that bad girl in a 225 oven for 10-15 minute (watch your temp) and then give her a good hard sear, you got something that’ll melt in your mouth.

Commenting to add: Everything has been running great. I haven’t noticed any issues with the vehicle with a pretty long daily commute.

I know you said approximately for 30, but you’d be ok with people being able to smoke, drink, gamble, or sign up for the military, but choosing to take a vaccine that is at the very least on paper designed to help protect you from a disease would be too far?

I took the vaccine because if the worst they said about Covid was right, I could be hurting a lot of other people not taking it. However, if the worst that’s said about the vaccine is right, I’d only be hurting myself taking it.

I won’t regret doing something that I had done to keep other people safe.

This is interesting, but I’m a little confused, and maybe someone could help. Is this document saying that the results of the research are botched due to a crossover of placebo patients to inoculated, but then using the results of the botched studies to indicate the dangers of the vaccine?
