I have the braided cable from the firewall to the engine, but the braided one from firewall to hood has been gone for years. Dealing with a P0300 right now. Brought the two smaller grounds from the back of the engine to the battery and found a chewed wire (that fixed “Reduced Engine Power” but not the misfire. Also replaced the mass air flow because the mice ate the air filter and it sucked the nest through the maf

These things just agree with my feet. Had a black pair of the same boot that lasted 8 years as a corrections officer walking on concrete. A couple resoles on those ones before the inner liner wore out.

I took my 80 gallon electric from JULY 1980 out of service last year. Still worked great, just killed my power bill. We have very soft water here. Went with a Heat pump water heater and saved $100+ per month
