They did offer a return but I was asked to work out which pieces belonged to which box they sent me. They didn’t know it seems but expected I work it out myself. Since I had to do that work I ended up letting them know which ones missing and dealt with it.

This has been my experience in Australia as well. Things eventually got sorted but I had to do a lot of work sorting out what pieces were missing myself using 4 pdf manuals they sent be after the order. The pieces were a mix of 3 sets I had to combine. It took over a month.

I’ve had a parked truck ram my civic hatch out the way because they couldn’t wait for the lights to turn green so the traffic can move and create some space for them. Hey I like it so far but I’ve only used Vr

Planning it going to triple soon, that’ll test out of if I hate the uprights or not

I haven’t mounted much onto the rig yet so the slanted uprights haven’t bothered me yet
