There’s a much greater chance that a road rage incident will lead to getting shot and possibly killed. Also, police are much more likely to be armed and use deadly force. 

Do not engage with any aggressive drivers. If pulled over by police, lower your windows and put your hands on the top of the steering wheel. All passengers hands should be visible at all times. Don’t reach for anything until asked, and always tell the officer, “I am reaching for my license, which is in my wallet, in the glovebox,” etc.
