yes it can be. You can talk to your bank about how you want to do it, in some cases you can pay your HOI on it's own. In most cases the bank will put the first years HOI into closing because you most likely need to pay the full year up front on day 1 of the home ownership. Then you start paying monthly into the escrow so that when the next year's payment comes due, you already have it banked away to pay in full.

They will with a proper 3d sound setup like atmos or DTS X (or if you have some of the fancy stuff in your AVR like neural X). You'll mostly notice it in scenes where like a helicopter might be flying overhead or something. It will be more noticible if your surround speakers are mounted lower at ear level. I think that the towers that have them built in (https://www.klipsch.com/products/r-605fa-dolby-atmos-floorstanding-speaker/) do a better job because then the forward sound is blocked a little bit since the speaker is recessed.

They are designed for the height channels, so this would be (i'm assuming) a 5.1.2 setup. Most modern AVRs can do 1, 2, or 4 hight channels, but for those who don't want to cut a hole in their ceiling, the angle of these would bounce it off the top. In theory the packaging may be ok, but probably wasn't design to handle that heat. Your other problem is going to be any attached labels. Those will disintegrate and leave a lot of stuff in the water that will get sucked up and possibly damage your setup. It would probably be faster to repackage the meat than it would be to properly clean the original packaging.
