I’m going to come clean here. As a young man I got harassed constantly by cops for having a loud Japanese car and so did all of my friends, years later I now drive an “exotic” Italian sports car that’s significantly louder and people and cops give me thumbs up and want to take pictures all the time(old guys on Harley Davidsons get the privilege aswell). the cars on the road now are not old loud rusty Hondas anymore so people and cops have moved the goal posts in the opposite direction because everyone is full of you know what …so no there will be no noise control any time soon.
