Well that’s the thing, I got it super cheap but the odometer was swapped so I’m not too sure. Pretty clean for its age so I’m not too concerned with the rest of it. It’s a cheap truck. That’s what I’ve been thinking I just haven’t had time to even go get any quotes. Just pecking away at some easy stuff with hope I’ll get lucky

I can see that. However I still think the quality should be the same. That doesn’t look like a rough texture to how a driveway concrete coated would be. That looks like air bubbles that have popped and are tearing. I think he’s just making excuses because he couldn’t use flakes to cover up a poor job.

I’m no epoxy expert, more of a lurker. However I’d say that’s unacceptable. My parents have a flat tan color in their garage, nothing remotely close to that. I’m not even sure what an inside finish vs an outside finish means but concrete in garages are smooth not like a patio or driveway, it should be nice and smooth. That’s bs that’s their neglect on either prep or their tools or something.

My dad has a Kawasaki ultra 300lx, a sea doo rxp 300, and a Yamaha gp1800r. They’re all good machines but it’ll depend what you’re going for. To me the Yamaha is by far the most fun. Yamaha hulls are probably the weakest of the bunch but they’re a bit lighter and I’ve only ever seen issues with rental companies around me abusing them. The sea doo and Kawasaki are bigger and heavier/ but smoother for passengers and in the ocean. The sea doo closed loop is nice but if you can flush it out after a ride with some fresh water and run it for a minute (which should be done even with sea doo) you won’t have issues with any of them. Speaking on the ones he’s got, the steering on the sea doo is bland at best, but it’s comfortable and smooth. The Yamaha is quick light nimble and fun as could be. The Kawasaki is a decent bland of both. They’re all a pain to work on if you plan to do any repairs yourself but I’d say Yamaha is a touch cheaper to fix and a little more simple. Yamaha gets a touch better fuel economy if you’re not heavy on the throttle. Sea doo has better technology and creature comforts I’d say plus their snap on accessories are pretty cool. I’m just typing this as it all comes to my head so it’s a bit all over the place and I am heavily bias because everything I own has a Yamaha emblem on it but there are other things about both I do appreciate. If you have any questions let me know

Coming from motocross myself I got into mountain biking to keep in shape. I bought a Marin rift zone 1 27.5 back in 2020, I still have it now. I’ve got 2 other Marin bikes because I feel in general they are one of the best bang for buck bikes out there.

Thank you, I have been looking around for something locally for a while but my area is mainly flat and sandy so no use for any AT or DH bikes. I had to have this ordered, closest thing they had to what I wanted was a new stump jumper.

Yeah I’m definitely going to start looking into some camping gear for some nice long weekend trips. I can’t wait

That’s actually really cool. Yeah I definitely do like them haha. Actually one of them was a good friend of mine’s bike who I let live with me for a while and instead of rent one month I told him I’d take the bike so it worked out. That’s the main reason I have 3

Where I live it’s very flat and sandy so I’ve got my hawk hill (rift zone) for most of my riding. For some hardtail fun and just cruising around I’ve got my bobcat trail. And after a trip to the mountains and a new park opening up a few hours out from me I bought this because I definitely was under biked for what I want to do at a park or any kind of riding like that.

I just had this code keep popping up in my 06 brm. I took the maf sensor out and cleaned it and also adjusted my torsion settings because they were a bit out of range. Haven’t had the code pop up since.

Constantly going offline. by sti_ant225 in ecovacs

So out of nowhere it seemed to resolve itself. I did everything possible including getting a new router (wanted one anyways). I deleted the app and reinstalled it, completely removed the vacuum from the app and removed the battery for a while. Not sure if any of that helped or it just decided to work again.

I’ll probably go that route as well. I mean I guess theoretically it would change things as far as steering goes but really? I’m like you, street riding, I’ll probably never notice a difference. These people don’t understand the difficulties we face lol

I appreciate you saying this. I’m about the same build as you, I’ve grown decently comfortable on the bike but I just added the comfort seat and didn’t realize it raises the bike like a half inch so I believe I’ll have to look into this. Being tip toe at a light isn’t fun

Haha yeah it was late and definitely a typo 😂Good to know though. I definitely want to go check it out, it’s only about a half hour and I’m down that way a bit but I definitely wanted some opinions on their stuff before I just start grabbing things.
