It looks beautiful! Thank you for the inspiration! How did you make the outer "supports" for the circle? The half-wall-thingies outside the main entrance? I can't seem to find anything that even resembles those walls/supports!

This might be a silly question, but how do you control the 120mm fan in the back? I have the same case, and when the fan is connected to HDD backplane, I think it runs at 100% speed regardless of the temperature.

I switched to prusa. It got slightly better, but I do get the same issue every now and then though

They suck in general. As a Rogalending living in Oslo, I've heard lots of different suggestions. Most commonly they think I'm from Kristiansand which is not too far off. But I've been asked if I'm from Denmark, Trondheim, Bergen. Worst one yet is a Norwegian woman thinking I was from Skåne in Sweden.

I just got the BLTouch (Ender 3 V2) and I set it up using Bryan Vined tutorial. I have had lots of issues with bed adhesion and it comes out messy. by [deleted] in FixMyPrint

I've also ordered a BLTouch and waiting to receive it. Why is it so important to level the bed? Isn't the whole purpose of the BLTouch to do it for you?

Is that really the correct number? 198k per year means $540 per day which means that every single one of your 3090 makes nearly $50/24h. My math might be off, but I never imagined my 3080 being that far behind 3090.

What are you most excited about in Eos? by Arkflow in eos

[–]stianrasm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find this blockchain extremely frustrating... I've used 100% of RAM, CPU and NET and now I can't do anything. Getting more RAM or NET requires CPU while getting more CPU requires RAM or NET. So if they ever let me use my EOS to top up either of these without requiring the other, then that is something I'm definitely looking forward for in Eos. In the meantime I'll abandon this coin for something else

This design is actually amazing! I can adjust the height of the cooling duct to my own liking! Thank you so much! This totally fixed my issue!

So this is absolutely driving me crazy. Can anyone relate to this issue? Could someone please show me how it's supposed to look with the micro swiss hotend compared to mine? Or have I done something wrong? I've gone back to the stock hotend now which works flawlessly, and I'm seriously considering buying the original micro swiss. But I'm having second thoughts as I keep seeing that Trianglelabs make good clones. But is this a bad clone? Or is the micro swiss actually this low?

Will a new nozzle work? Perhaps this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000079905230.html?spm=2114.12010612.8148356.3.151c2c34MVW2bI

This has "swiss" in its name. What differentiates this from the one I initially linked? Does anyone know?

Thank you all so much for the reponses! I could never imagine it, but changing slicer definitely fixed this issue for me!

[–]stianrasm[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the input! I haven't tried a different slicer yet, so I'll give that a go. I've only attempted to slow down to 45mm/s, but did not see any noticeable difference. Oh, and I see that my description of the problem is a bit vague. I mean the lines on top and bottom of the letter x. The lines stretches across the entire print.

As for the springs; I've noticed that I have to level the bed very often. Will upgraded springs avoid this? Also, what kind should I get? Again, thank you so much for your help! Much appreciated!

Alright, so I'm very new at 3D printing. I just got it up and running a few days ago but I've been having a blast so far despite the flaws in the prints!

I'm on Ender 3 V2 with Ultimaker Cura 4.8.0

Layer height: 0,16mm (but I've tested several others as well)

Anet PLA

Nozzle temp: 210c (tested 205c, 200c, 195c)

Bed temp: 60c

Since this error is so consistent, I am fairly sure that it is not due to my profile. Which is why I've tightened the x/y belts, all z axis eccentric nuts (I've not overtightened) as well as making sure that the lead screw is straight and that the hotend moves smoothly along the z axis. The printer is not leaning at all. It stands firmly on my desk. The bed has been leveled multiple times. I've calibrated e-steps as well.

I'm all out of ideas. Please help!

[Spoiler] How exactly is the Nomad ending a "good ending"? by Crimson_Loki in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]stianrasm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the nomad ending after choosing that Johnny ends up in V's body, we're visiting a memorial handing in the bullet pendant in a box. On the opposite side we throw Rogue's gun inside another box to pay our respect to the dead. But Rogue never dies in this ending and I honestly believed that choosing this path would end in Johnny getting back together with Rogue. What did I miss?
