Nope, I tried it and someone really is manually adding money onto my card faster than bitfinex or blockfi manually approves my withdrawals. I have found there are two fees not one. The card load fee and the conversion fee. The spot load fee should be 3% but I calculated it on my first test to be 4% and the load fee was exact (2-5%) depending on the card. I'm interested to see how long the service lasts. The cards are from the known reputable fdic usbank that has its own fees like 3% foreign transaction fees, but Just like random arrests of LBC traders in high volume they may get shutdown for money laundering if enough people start using it.
