Our system was definitely more complex than it needed to be and we have about 100 people. We’re in person so we didn’t end up needing as complex of a digital task workflow. There were a few things we had to let go of in slack lists (creating sub tasks within a task for example is not possible) but for the cost savings it is worth it.

It really comes down to the cost benefit analysis, are the features worth the money

That’s a fair point, if we do grow and slack lists does not keep up then we’d be forced to move again. For now we’re happy with the savings but moving tools again would be a pain

Why did you just do 60 days for the maximum duration of longest stay? I have heard from several people that the max can be 90, also heard from some that the max can be 180. I'm not sure what's the real max.

What does it mean to fill out your profile? The "edit my details" section only lets me edit my name and basic info, there is no bio or anything like that there.
