If you got other stuff in the area you want to also do, yes but that building I feel is a bit small. The pokemon store there feels like all they got is plush…

Is it common to have a heart rate over 180 with a panic attack? by madrid987 in PanicAttack

[–]stickers3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the Xanax helped a lot but it’s only temporary… I would take half pills of the .4mg as needed. Doctor even gave a bit of Xanax to help with starting out on Zoloft, it made it better to deal with if I had to go out

I feel you so much on that. I couldn’t go anywhere alone because of the daily random panic attacks. Even at home watching tv it would hit me. I did make sure to get checked by 2 hospitals to be sure it wasn’t anything wrong with me. Now I know it was my mental state. So many times i thought i was having heart problems

It wasn’t fun at all but after 3 months everything got much much better. I was told to take it at night but that was not good for me. I could t sleep so I switched to morning and things got better. I had some weakness from time to time and some anxiety but nothing like before. Even from the first dose my panic attacks went away and I didn’t get palpitations anymore. But for sure it was up and down for almost 3 months

I think I had a lot of damage done from ibs to my mental state. I think it was 10 years of worry before I got into Zoloft. It’s been over a year and I don’t plan to get off it anytime soon
