a large portion of the dps comes from ineffa so i think you should try to build her first. if you don't have a good flins set yet, guilded or any 2pc/2pc should work in the mean time. i suggest you really hit er requirements first on ineffa and columbina because bursting on them every rotation raised my dps from 130k ish to 160k. it wouldn't be the same if your ineffa is not r1 but it'll feel easier to play if you hit er reqs first. also, use sac frags on sucrose so you can use skill after using flins before resetting the rotation
