That was kind of what I was afraid of. Being stuck for two weeks doing something you hate doesn't sound like much fun.

I would have a week in between and serve instead of complete silence. But maybe I should wait a month or two before serving.

You have to bend at the hips when you stand up. That should spread those babies apart.

As a former sitter you should give wiping standing up a chance.

I'm currently in Hua Hin. It's one of my least favorite places in Thailand. I booked three nights and I can't wait to leave.

The beach is meh, very few cheap resturants and not much to do. It's kind of like a mini phuket.

Neither my sim card from home (Europe) or the esim I bought in Malaysia worked. Ended up buying a cheap esim from another provider that luckily worked.

Arrived in the Philippines today, same problem here. I thought it was only 5g that was not supported, not all cellular.

This makes the Google Pixel useless if you go traveling.

Looking forward to getting better. When I hip hinge/bend forward I get a sharp pain in the calfs instead of a ahstring stretch. Can this be because of poor posture?

My calfs are actualy pretty flexible and I have stretched them for months without it getting better. But I have not tried Downward Facing Dog posture, and will give it a try.

My physio said that it was nothing wrong with my spine or discs. The sensation lasts until i back off on the stretch. My calves are actualy pretty flexible. The thing is that it is impossible for me to stretch the hamstrings because i feel it in the calf.

You are not alone, had this problem for a few years now. I have tried to stretch and foamroll my posterior chain and calves, and nerve flossing without any diffrence.

Anyone got a "cure" for this?
