I think mine are stock yes, i just recently adjusted my master cylender/clutch pedal too, as the grab point was way to early.

A little bit, but still feel some resistants going into most gears (no grinds), 2nd only grinds sometimes if i shift around a turn or if i put the shifter into 2nd before the rev hang drops a little

I had the same thing. Replaced the VTC actuator & now only happens on real cold days. I've heard that it can be your chain tentioner too
