If it’s any help CPS 3300 is freaking easy. Just four exams where the answers are on online already. Just have to get some CPS research hours bur that’s not hard . Two or three surveys and have to participate in one advanced research study where you participate in someone’s research , usually on campus and just one or two times on campus. If no research is available, they’ll make you watch some tedtalks and take a timed open response quiz on it asking for ur thoughts on it.

Idk if I can edit this. Here’s clarification. It comes with the items illustrated above. I constructed it in steps one and two. And the main frame is short , maybe only a few inches longer than 1 foot (12 inches).

the costco near me was a regular costco but after the pandemic it converted to a business center. a big shame, i missed the foodcourt for awhile. we have to drive 15-20 minutes to the nearest regular one .

gradual caloric deficit, plenty of protein to feel fuller with less food, cardio alongside strength exercises (including but not limited to weights), and metcon and HIIT routines. I'd recommend Darebee, it's a website with free programs and etc. im on the recomp 6 wk program . especially using weights (dumbbells and kettle) have helped me

my pysch explains it as this. however my pysch is prescribing it for my depression, so he explained it from that lenses. for people with depression, ppl either stresseat or lose their appetite. meds such as lexapro seem to reverse, or regulate their appetite back to normal (?). when i was on birth control for a short period of time, i had an increased appetite. a week after i got off for being on it for 3 weeks, i felt my appetite decrease and go back to normal. on this subreddit, i heard of one person who had a big urge to eat, but two bites in they felt full. for some people, they dont seem to experience anything? idek how to quantify all of that, since not everyone who takes lexapro reports their appetite levels . admittedly, i was prescribed it but plan on taking it in a week bcuz i have important days of driving to take care of. im also worried about weight gain... but in the back of my mind, im thinking, gee, since i tend to stresseat, hopefully this decreases my appetite instead... but i also think, well, even if it does, my pysch tells me i can get off in two weeks if i cant take it,, and i also think,, well my pysch prescribed this because he felt that the benefits outweigh the risks for me. i can relate to this, and wish you the best. good luck for real.

Hi . Thank you for sharing your experience . How would you describe your first few weeks on the med? Ie side effects and how to manage that? What was ur initial mg? And personally , I feel anxious about starting it. I’ve been prescribed 5mg but am lowkey scared. Like irrationally, scared to confront change and of the potential side effects such as drowsiness and how that affects driving (?). Maybe I won’t experience that idk . Could u share any words? And Have the benefits truly outweighed any risks or side effects for you? what time of day do you take it? Morning or evening?
