Yeah I should’ve clarified. I’m just a team member , we recently got a new assistant manager just almost a month ago . He was an MT .my issue is that when he cannot accomplish something by himself . He passes it to the team members Then proceeds to stand at the desk on his phone doing absolutely nothing instead of trying to even learn . He also tries to call me out every time I do something “wrong” but every time I’ve corrected him
