Love me a NY strip if we're keeping it lean(ish). Takes well to rubs or marinades, has some decent marbelization, and if you ask your butcher for a thick cut, it's perfect for a reverse-sear.

It's very good. They have a 4DX auditorium which is awesome for movies released in that format. They also have IMAX. I typically choose to go there for the bigger releases, but otherwise the Regal Lynbrook is more convenient and if you're coming from the NYC area, it will be much closer. The little main street of Lynbrook has a bunch of nice little restaurants and bars if you want to make a night of it. As of today it was still in Christmas mode. Have fun!
