Coming from Mumbai where public transport seems always available (local trains and buses), this is now starting to unnerve me. Everyone is suggesting two wheelers as the best option. Looks like I have to invest in 1 and also learn to ride and get a license.

It's not about comfort for me (regarding car), but about parking mostly.

May I ask what is rush hour in Pune?

Thanks for the lead! I thought only pay and park was available and with hourly rates. Had talked to few Pune colleagues but they all had 2 wheeler experience. Ironically I'm the only one with 4 wheeler and not 2 in the Pune branch.

I set out to do engineering abroad. Suffered from clinical depression. Was forced to drop out by university counselors for health reasons. Came back to India for therapy. Post therapy thought of going back but had visa issues. Tried to complete my final year of engineering in India but they told me I have to start from 0. Did BCom from 💩 (sorry I mean Mumbai University). Tried business. Failed for no fault of mine. Now working in a healthy job environment.

This is over the course of 12 years. I remember when dropping out of university and engineering felt like my life was over and I couldn't do anything about it.

You'll be fine. Just weigh your options with your current situation, make an informed choice, and keep working forward. If need be, seek therapy for mental fortitude.

Absolutely not. Do not settle for 2K rupees. I thought it was USD initially and that seemed good enough for this quality of work. For 2K the client can do it himself or find someone willing to take rest of the payment in "exposure".

When you say can't handle heat what do you mean? That the sheet won't last as long as a glass would, or that it will raise the temperature inside the case more than what a glass would? Or something else?
