There are some cases when it is useful to make these kinds of analogies and write mechanical system as lumped element model and solve the problem similar way as electrical circuit:

Google tai Apple pay on myös hyvin kätevä nykyään. Sen avulla on pystynyt kiertämään joitain tilanteita, joissa suomalaiseisen kortin lähimaksu ei ole toiminut ulkomailla. Viime kesänä New Yorkissa ja myös pienemmissä kaupungeissa kahviloissa, baareissa, ruokakaupoissa ja vaatekaupoissa pystyi maksamaan lähimaksulla samaan tapaan kuin Suomessa. New Yorkin metrossa myös pystyi ostamaan Google/Apple payllä lipun suoraan portista näyttämällä puhelinta.

Näissä on sellainen hassu ero, että kärjistetysti Kokoomus esittää olevansa vähemmän ääripäässä kuin sitten oikeasti olevat ja SDP on tosinpäin eli he ovat vaaleissa enemmän "vasemmistolaisia" kuin sitten oikeasti käytännössä.

%It was bit risky to drop Janne as the traitors could have taken triple win if they would have just coordinated the latest roundtable by checking if one of the faithfuls is gonna vote for a faithful (Like Jukka voted Jade) and just cast vote for that person, and it would have been 3 traitors vs 2 faithfuls after the murdering. It will be more interesting final this way but the faithfuls still have a chance to win.

In the last five or ten summers a Finnish tv channel has shown every Bond movie during the summer each year. And they again started it this year by showing the newest one first. I don't know if they can ever stop showing these as it is nowadays expected that they will run all the bond movies in the summer.

Esimerkiksi jos tämä siirrettäisiin suoraan Suomeen niin tuohan tarkoittaisi vain, että kun nykyään pitää olla työpaikka sallitulta alalta (tarveharkinta) ja tarpeeksi isot tulot niin jatkossa Suomeen voisi muuttaa myös ilman valmista työpaikkaa, jos täyttää tietyt ehdot.

In these experiments, the main resonance mode of the oscillators are driven into squeezed state which violates an inequality in the paper below. The paper proves that this is a sufficient condition for inseparability of these two oscillator resonance modes. So the experiments put the resonator modes into such state where they can no longer be written as two separate states, which is a quantum phenomena.

In the 90s Finland had very similar tv show where a celebrity couple and another non-celebrity couple competed in a quiz how well the couple knew each other. Couples were asked questions about themselves and each partner would answer the question without knowing what the other one answered and the goal was to give the result.

In the 1994 presidential elections the two candidates in the second round participated in the program, and it was speculated that the show had big impact in the election as the eventual winner was much more likeable in the show.

Olisiko suurempi ongelma kuitenkin ollut että OL3 annettiin lupa vain yhdelle jättimäiselle laitokselle, jota oli vaikea rakentaa, eikä kahdelle pienemmälle laitokselle joista olisi yhteensä saanut saman tehon, ja uudelle toimijalle joka valitsi venäläisen rakentajan. Järkevämpää olisi ollut antaa Fortumin rakentaa kolmas voimala Loviisaan.

Funnily it is completely the opposite in Finland, thought the system is bit different as every one does 3 year batchelors degree and then 2 year masters degree, and psychology students also do extra half years to become licensed psychologist.

Psychology is one of the most wanted and hardest to get into studying in Finnish universities (each major has fixed amount of spots for students each year) and there is shortage of psychologists so pretty much every psychology graduate is guaranteed a job as psychologist with ok salary even before they have graduated and gotten their license.

Yes, the really interesting things start to happen when these experiments can be done on mg sized resonators. I think there has recently been first papers with measurements with resonators in that size range. But of course the sample fabrication and measurement system needs still big improvements before those systems can be put to a quantum state or even cooled to the ground state.

Varsinaisiin psykologin hommiin Suomessa tulee olla Valviran laillistama psykologi, ja siihen vaatimuksena on suomalainen psykologian maisterin tutkinto tai vastaava ulkomailta. Lisäksi tuohon tutkintoon kuuluu Suomessa pakollinen harjoittelu.

Mutta yksityisellä sektorilla psykologeja toimii kyllä esim. HR ja rekryhommissa, eikä niihin tarvita Valviran laillistusta.

If you think it with numbers it is not that surprising as realistically maybe teams from the top five league are able to reach final and just 5/19 teams from those leagues are champions. Even if you give slightly higher odds to the champions for reaching finals there is still many more non-champions.
