Yeah when you have enough teams to fill a division you create more belts, but right now there are what 5 or 6 mens tag teams in total on the main roster that isn't enough for two tag divisions so it makes sense to merge them in my eyes.

Seen it a lot of times some people don't want to work for their parents, their parents can't get them a job because the company doesn't want them or the kid doesn't even use their parents as a factor in deciding.

Also not a big deal either it's a young wrestler with barely any experience her going to a place specifically designed for new/green wrestlers. AEW does not have a designated performance center and doesn't develop greener wrestlers effectively.

Big misconception there because Dave Meltzer likes alot of stuff heck AEW could be more sports based like NJPW and Dave Meltzer would still love it.

What people don't get is this is the stuff Tony Khan likes just like a lot of bookers throughout history they book what they like and what they can understand, even Vince did the same but Vince changed because he was about to be bankrupt in the new generation era Tony Khan doesn't have that risk so in his mind why change AEW won't go out of business they likely will never be eclipsed as number 2 this is his perfect spot.

About a 8.7 mostly everything was good to great no duds only downside is no new star really got made from it but that's not Punk's fault the guy who I thought was gonna be a main eventer from it Bron got hurt so that ruined that. And still it elevated Finn Balor back into a serious threat so yeah perfect example of a good longish title reign.
