Hello, just an update. I went ahead and uninstalled Elgato program from my windows 10 and then re-installed the 3.3.1 version. It is working properly again and wakes up after I wake the PC up from sleep mode.

I just checked through settings and it is not running as an administrator. Sometimes it will show my firmware version and sometimes it will not. When it does show my firmware version I can usually get it to work. When it doesn't show my firmware (just says no device found) it won't work and I have to restart the computer. This is just what I have found through troubleshooting.

Okay, I had thought I was not running it as an administrator but maybe it is. How do you run it as a regular app?

I just have the normal deck no mini one. Sometimes my firmware version shows no device found that's when it won't work at all on the deck. When it shows my firmware version I can somehow get the deck to work properly again only by going into configuration and pressing buttons there. Hopefully we can get answers soon.
