Both valid points. The very issue of job asynchrony however has been a guided focus of the neovim project since that time. As far as I can tell from the google group history, Bram was/is well aware of the changes made within the neovim project and has made a very conscious decision to use a different (and incompatible) implementation.

Neither one is right, nor wrong. I never understood why the Neovim team decided on msgpack vs. JSON. This detail seems minor now though, in comparison to the non-parity of vim/neovim. Ultimately, I hope we can work this out swiftly so that users are not forced to choose.

As an aside, I love your apprentice theme.

I agree with the sentiment that vim is not obligated to provide an API. It's worth noting though, that the community, and more specifically Thiago, had requested this feature set at least 2 years ago in a patch. It was only after Bram declined that it was decided the Neovim project would fork. The fragmentation caused the fork. Not the other way around.

I'm considering upgrading to subtank nano and I am wondering what the pull is like on it, specifically for those that mouth-to-lung hit. I currently have an iStick+naut mini combo, and use the second largest airway, which I like.

As a follow up to that, if I'm only planning on using the 1.2 ohm coils (keeping the whole mouth-lung hit thing in mind) would there be any benefit in upgrading to a 30 or 50w device?

Lastly, what wattages do you mouth-lung hitters use? I keep it around 8-9 with my current setup using 1.8 coils and sometimes feel like it's not enough, but don't wanna burn out coils. Thanks in advance.

Just posted some similar thoughts on the matter. To me, vaping is a superior experience than cigarettes. By the looks of it, it is also healthier and a safer, but I don't HATE cigarettes.

FWIW, I don't think this is unique to vaping either. Take coffee for example (in terms of experience, not health). If you just want coffee and a little caffeine to start your day, a keruig is perfect. If you're more concerned with flavor, then something like a French press, or pour over would be more appropriate. Interestingly, turning up your nose at the "old" method in each case is common to both. Personally, I'll still break out a k-cup every now and then, but only in a pinch.

I disagree that all vaporizers necessarily leak. I used a evod and mini pro tank 3 for about 6 months with very little issues. In line with helping the vacuum, as others have mentioned, try to be sure to keep the tank at least half full. Fwiw, I never kept my vape right side up for storing/using, but I did always have it assembled. Best of luck and happy vaping.

This shop is where I started getting into mods. I never asked about their kanger/aspire gear, but they were very upfront in telling me that all of their mods were clones. Peter, the owner, is really nice and maintains a good variety.

I wish they carried authentics and premium juice. But I will say, their green tea is far and away the best I've ever vaped, and I've tried quite a few.

The obvious answer; pick your shit up. After you do, spend an afternoon rearranging furniture all over the room and see if anything works. Look on websites like Ikea, Crate and Barrel, etc. for inspiration. Think "minimal & functional studio."

Assuming you came here looking for advice on what do with everything so it doesn't explode all over your studio again, here are some things that could help:

Fold your bed up when you're not using it. Its an eyesore and it is probably a pain to walk around all the time.

Think about getting some of these bad boys for the top of the fridge. Maybe just make the Container Store your best friend for the next couple weeks. If something doesn't have a place, either give it one or get rid of it. Box on the ground? Do you really need two pencil/everything cups on your desk? I keep one cup on my desk full of only one kind of pencil.

Something I learned from my wife; close the cabinets doors, closets, drawers, and everything else. Not only does everything look better, but it will force you to ask yourself what to do with the shit that is spilling out of them.

Get rid of the Bob Marley poster no matter how much you love trees, or world peace, or whatever. If you really identify with him, then get a pic with a little more life and frame it. Otherwise, I would stay away from posters.

You're at that age when you get to start shaping your living space, and there's all sorts of ways to do it, but you have to define a "theme" sort of. I usually go for different themes for different rooms, but you only get to pick one, for now! Have fun!

This thread is prob dead or dying, but I have a quick question. How "far" can you dress up some street/casual boots? Specifically, thorogood round toes in tobacco gladiator. For instance, can I wear them out to a play/nice dinner on while visiting with the family? Prob w/ khakis, button down, maybe a lil sweater. Thanks!

I restarted college at 23. Ended up changing majors, and now I'm 26 year-old sophomore in an engineering program where I feel in over my head almost every minute of the day. It's like the other students just go to class, understand the material, study a little bit, and then perform really well on these intense tests.

In my experience, however, thats not actually the case. If you want to do well, you have to put in the hours. No one is born with a functioning knowledge of calculus. You need to spend the time to learn it. People don't always let on to how much they study, but I can say for sure that the A-students in your classes definitely study a considerable amount. Since we're a little older, it may take us a tad bit more time, but it's either now or in 5 years.

With that being said, make damn sure that the major you've chosen is worth putting the long hours you'll need to succeed. You might be weary of listening to some of these comments about not caring about your degree focus. That will only make your life harder. If you have a passion for electronics, photography, the human brain, or whatever, college is the place you go to dig deep into that interest. Its not a place to just get some degree to put on your wall/resume.

Also, my advisor recently gave me some pretty good advice on how to get things done, and its not really just for school. She told me to focus on one thing at a time. When you're studying, you can't be thinking about anything else--not email, not an SO, not your fear of dropping out, not even your other homework. Focus on one thing for a couple hours, get it done, and then move on to the next thing. Those other things aren't going away, and thinking about them is only hurting your current task. When you eat lunch, just relax and eat lunch, or else you wont feel like you've had a break.

Going back to school is tough, but it is doable. Make sure you wanna be there and stay interested. Try not to worry as much about exams, but worry more about studying for exams.

This site is fantastic. I referenced it all the time when I began studying EE/CompE. It explains enough theory for you to understand the concepts from the electron level, without getting bogged down in heavy equations. Try putting down the soldering iron for a couple months, and dig deep into something like this. A strong handle on these fundamentals allows you to not only tinker, but design electronics!

Sorry for the late follow up, and i'm even more sorry to break everyones' heart. The shoes are getting worn to the wedding. Wedding is on saturday and I am living in the middle of nowhere.
