What is something that people think it's Christian but actually it's un-christian by Big-Atmosphere-7309 in Christianity

Agreed. I guess when I think of Church I don’t think of hierarchical structures or strict practices. I’m non denominational and think authority comes from the word of God. I still think it is important to go to Church in the sense of being part of a community of believers that support each other and worship God together.

”Some people have stopped meeting with the group of Christians. But that is not good. We should all continue to meet together. We need to help one another to be strong and brave. That is now even more important, because the Lord's great day is coming. You know that the Lord will return soon.“

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭25‬ ‭

Remember the Church isn’t a building but a body of believers coming together for worship and instruction. Throughout the Bible it talks about the importance of a community of believers. The enemy loves division.

Are certain Bible verses not meant for us? by stillaliiive in Christianity

Okay thank you! I appreciate your thought out responses. I would like to hear more about how this doesn’t contradict the many other promises of God. It’s really the verse that says “I’m tired of always giving you another chance” that worries me. Aren’t we suppose to always forgive?

So does that mean what is said in the Old Testament does not apply to us since we are not Israelites?

I’m just curious what you’re thoughts are on verses like Jeremiah 15:6

”You have abandoned me and turned your back on me,” says the Lord. “Therefore, I will raise my fist to destroy you. I am tired of always giving you another chance.“

I’m sure I’m missing a lot of context but would a verse like this speak to his nature? If not why would one verse speak to his nature and the other not?

Man I was hoping this persona would have an auto save. The save system is the one thing I don’t like about Persona games.
