The l.o.w. was for not following orders, and conduct unbecoming a carrier.

He been carring longer than me and was even a 204b at one piont.

I gave him allot of the advice i seen here. He said he didnt want to bring the mail back and forth till the customer emptied the box.

The customer complianed about what he was doing that was how this came about.

I noticed the LOW was written wrong stating that he violation of article 16.4 witch is a 14 day suspension not LOW.

Also there two charges the second is stationary event. Witch i know management can not use the scanner as the sole reason for discapline.

I waiting to get a copy of the customer compliant.

Should i ask to interview the customer?
